Precision, or accuracy, is the basis of quality. We therefore take our work very seriously. Care and control in every process step are a matter of course for us.

This starts with the design, where the fundamentals of the later product quality are essentially determined, continues in the production processes and ends only with your satisfaction as a customer!

Due to the close coordination of the design engineers with the production planners and the purchasing department, quality-relevant aspects can flow into the conception and the design at an early stage, which helps us to avoid later quality problems and costs.

Quality is created in the process, not through initial testing

During production, continuous inspections take place to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the parts. After assembly, all part positions are measured to nominal dimensions and documented in dimensional records.

Thanks to quality assurance during production, we can avoid conventional, cost-intensive final quality inspection.
